Anybody paying attention to the Phillies ratting out Oregon States ace and another player from Washington State. The Phillies drafted these two players last summer pretty high and neither signed, so the Phillies ratted them out to the ncaa, for supposedly having agents. The Washington State player was cleared last week, but the osu player is still in limbo. Both the college and pro media are destroying the Phillies. Phillies have gone underground and not talking.
