Can the Venue (Location) of the Civil Litigation Be Changed From Lafayette County?

I just know that some OM people have made comments that Lafayette County is the perfect place to have this trial, because the people that live there love their OM football players. It doesn't sound like these OM people want a fair trial, but just so their glory boys are annointed as being innocent, even if the evidence showed otherwise. Pretty sad and pathetic if that is their mindset.

Request the change and print out those message board quotes showing a fair trial may be impossible there. I bet they'd faint if judge moved it to oktibbeha county. Never happen but just the thought...

I agree. It must be some technicality that is preventing it, because I wouldn't think the Memphis Law Firm would want it held in the OM Backyard, especially with this OM Law Firm representing the defendents.
