Mizzu, they have several outlets to complain through that ED has no control over. I think the issue certainly deserves a conversation so feel free to use this forum to discuss with them and maybe it can be resolved.

The collegiate licensing company ultimately controls all of that however and I wouldn't be shocked if they were the ones that contacted twitter. I know of other instances where they acted on things like this without the university even knowing about it.
