I have a MacBook Air computer to start.
Basically I'm a rank tech amateur. What is Apple TV, how much is it, and what are its usages? If I wanted to watch the state baseball games on a TV thru Hailstate tv would this work? Is it a projection of the computer or more? Does it work on all hdtvs or what?
Thanks

Yes. No set up. Plug into wall jack and take the hdmi cable from tv to apple tv. That is it.
It doesnt display your computer screen. So it isnt like a desk top on your tv.
At least I havent figured that part out. It synchs with your itunes, netflix, etc.

So how would I pull HailState TV up there for baseball games?

You should also have an "Airplay" button on your pad that will throw it straight on the tv. This is how I watch all my games.
