An ESPN crew will be at DNF on Friday for Opening Day to "capture the magic of LFL."

Everyone needs to get their ass down there and give ESPN a big crowd. It was talked about a few months ago that ESPN might be doing some kind of piece on MSU baseball, so this might be part of that.

The weather looks great for a February Friday night as well with temperatures possibly in the 60s, so we really have no excuse to not be there- I know I'll be there anyway. Who knows, you might end up getting on TV.

I'm going to try and make it Friday. Game starts at 4 and I don't get off til 4:30... plus the hour and a half drive. Hopefully we score a ton of runs and make it a long game.

That sounds great. Hopefully our two cameras for HailStateTV will be working as well as the 10 from ESPN.

Our baseball program will forever reap the benefits of Cohen reviving the program at the precise time ESPN and the SEC Network starting increasing college baseball coverage.

A whole new generation will begin to see Mississippi State as a baseball power.

We'll be there and cooking some good ole Crawfish that will be hot and spicy. Some of those Yankee espn types may enjoy some of this!!

Why wouldn't they do it on a day later in the season with big crowds.

Probably because this is pretty much the dead period of Sports. Not a lot else going on right now.

I couldn't imagine a worse game to film for something like this.

Yeah, I'd have definitely preferred them doing this during an SEC weekend, but sometimes you just gotta roll with the punches.

I'm guessing they're planning on running the piece around the time the big crowds start showing up, so they probably have a schedule of exactly when they're doing what.
