This must be an effect from the bulletin update. The Admins may have to redownload the Forums section through the AdminCP. It may be a glitch in the CSS file of the mobile browser as well

I had an issue like this in my IPBoard forum where I simply had to change the new CSS to the old CSS on the mobile version section.

You can scroll down to the very bottom of the page and on the left there's a option to change it back to default mobile view. I just did mine.
