HailStateTV Problems?

I'm new to HSTV and was trying to test it today with the softball game. On the "Watch Now" option, the game just was loading ... forever (by forever, I mean 1/2 hour with nothing). Tried laptop, PC, smartTV, everything. The "Listen Now" tab worked fine. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Thanks folks.

Just saw your post. Softball tweeted out before the game they were having technical issues with the tv portion.

They better get their act together by this weekend or there will be some pissed off customers. First, the signing day special was one hour late getting their live feed going and now the softball game wouldn't load today. People are paying for this product and software. While it is shitty with it's interface and functionality, it still needs to work properly.
