I wonder if/when this will have an impact at State. Several colleges have already terminated their Adidas contracts.

I'm not sure how it will impact STATE, other than I hope we get some of that Nike money if we leave Adidas. It sure seems like the schools that have a Nike connection are doing well in recruiting and on the field success.

If Scott wants to make himself REAL popular with MSU fans, he will get a NIKE contract.

I'm 90% sure that getting a NIKE contract won't mean a return of the interlocking MSU.

Probably true. However, we could probably negotiate to get the rights to it back, and if nothing else use it for a "throwback" once a year.
