Freeze - talent evaluation skills

I'm convinced this is his downfal. I don't think he can evaluate talent at all.

He really does seem to trust what Mullen thinks though. It explains why stars are all important...somebody has to tell him who is good.

Don't get me wrong, stars matter...but I don't think Freeze has any idea outside of loking at the rankings.

Freeze is like a cowbird. Lets one person do all the work then comes in and takes all the credit.
