The ship has sailed on Thomas. He is choosing between UT and Clemson. So it is between OJ, Carter, and Harris. From what I've read, OJ and Harris are the two most likely of those 3. Ill be happy either way. We got Tee Shepard which is HUGE. We are closing stronger than most thought this year. Can't wait for signing day to be done with so we can focus on baseball.

The Cory Thomas situation has been kinda strange. I really thought that he was favoring us and having his former teammate and friend Dez Harris on campus in addition to his friend Braxton Hoyett being committed, I figured we would land him. He did. And lots of people think he is going there. After his visit to Arizona a bunch of "experts" have had him leaning that way. I think he is just keeping everything close to the vest and has been very responsive to all the staffs.

I wish I was as confident, but I think that's our best case scenario right now for sure unless something breaks late with Carter or Sims (OL). Harris plus any of these two would be a VERY strong close in my opinion.

It's OM for Sims, per Paul from Sims dad, unless he gets a late offer from Auburn or Bama. And Auburn is about done since they just got Boston, I think was his name. Don't beleive the hedging that the OM sites are doing. We made up a lot of ground with him but they also supposedly connected with the Rawlings family. Suddenly the following week Rawlings gets an offer. Conspiracy theory, I know, but was a good way for them to hedge their bets with Sims if it was a legitimate concern that all things were equal with both schools.

Could be, I just think that the door might still be cracked open with one or the other. I do not believe the OM hype on Sims, they could very well pull him but they're not as confident as they claim to be.

UPDATE- Paul Jones says that Sims' dad is indicating OM as a Plan B for them, do NOT be fooled if OM tries to say it's some big pull that they already know is dependent upon whether or not Auburn offers. Sometimes it comes down to luck, hope we get some luck over the next two days! :)
