To get a guy like Tunsil, you totally offer the brother. I don't care if he is 5'6" 150 lb DT.

I would bet you anything he is a full ride.

Its a smart move.

You don't have to explain it. You can offer scholarships to whoever you want.

There is nothing "special" about that and it's not against any NCAA rule. It's called recruiting. Recruiting is far worse than used car sales. It's the most shady business there is.
