?If you were Notre Dame and wanted to recruit Mississippi, you would go after Tony Hughes,? one national recruiting expert said. ?He?s synonymous with Mississippi recruiting.?

I really hope Jay gets healthy and has a break out year. I can't imagine how hard it must have been on Coach Hughes to see his son go down on the first series of the first game as he was all set to be the guy in the back end. From everything I've seen about Coach and son, seems like he handles it with class, without favoritism, etc. I can't imagine how exciting that must be to have your son play for you as a bigtime college head coach. Literally, like having a coach on the field.

Any updates on Jay's injury?

Been known for awhile IMO....

Now, pay the man. Outside of Collins, Hughes is our most valuable assistant imo
