I see both Matt Stevens and Mike Bonner are both at the baseball scrimmage today, which means they are not in Nashville covering the basketball team. So I guess our beat writers don't even go on the road with the basketball team. That is pretty sorry.

Columbus Dispatch I think. Not sure what the deal is with the frustration. I personally don't give a shit if our beat writers are there. Other schools do the same sometimes. We are down in hoops and there is ton of excitement around baseball with good weather, a scrimmage, and our first pitch banquet with a MLB all star speaking.

I know Logan works for tupelo. My post was sarcastic. And what does a tupelo writer have to do with the other writers. They should be covering regular season games not scrimmages. Just another reason newspapers are in decline.

I'm glad they are covering the scrimmages. We played for the national title last year. There is a lot of excitement around the program right now. But we can all just sit here and bitch about Bonner and Stevens not being in Nashville.
