For the 11th straight year, Mississippi State has outpaced Ole Miss in yearly percentage growth.

2003 endowments:
Ole Miss - $346 million ranked #119 nationally
MSU - $136 million ranked #237 nationally

2013 endowments:
Ole Miss - $520 million ranked #155 nationally
MSU - $395 million ranked #185 nationally

Anyone that would like can extrapolate it into the future using any number of regression models -- here are the yearly numbers. When I get time, I will add the rest of the SEC and check overall growth over that time period. Have a feeling that we'll be growing at a faster rate than everyone except Arkansas...

we have more graduates with a higher starting salary than OM. We will pass them exponentially within the next two decades. They know it too, which is why athletic wins is so important to them right now. Outside of that, the law and medical schools are their only claims to prominence and even UMC isn't really "Ole Miss."
