For most of them, they probably don't get anything, but they also probably don't give anything more than a little attention. They only need a few that actually give anything more than attention and I seriously doubt they are given anything by anybody associated with the university. They are girls that would be hooking up anyway and girls that like athletes; at most the school just makes sure that their recruiting parties have the right type of girls there and maybe point out who the stud recruits are. I know schools like Colorado were alleged to have actual prostitutes and I don't doubt it still happens, but I doubt it usually involves actual students, if only b/c it's not necessary. If you have 8,000 undergrad girls on campus, you can find some with questionable morals that are going to do what you want them to do because it's what they want to do; you don't need to pay them.
