Live your Moms dream.

All kidding aside and no malice to this comment, I think this is 100% correct.

I give him credit for not going through with the flipmas and twitter charade. Good luck to him.

I'm with Goat. I give the kid credit for not making a spectacle of it. The kid grew up a Bear fan. If State offered me last minute, I can't say I wouldn't do the same thing.

Now he and his father need to return all their MSU stuff to our staff.

I think our staff neutralized that potential as well, good for them.

he's young and he doesn't get it; his long time girlfriend has been fooling around on him and he still wants to marry her; good riddance; soon enough, he'll understand he's been played. that egg bowl trophy will remain in starkville and it will be like coming home from work and finding his rebel bride riding another pole;

No doubt. No ill will should be felt toward Sean. He grew up a Rebel, found out thru Talty just now he has an older brother already there now and his brother is ALL Rebel. Would've been very awkward in the Rawlings house if he was to become a Bulldog. I just hope Freeze and co are truly gonna give this kid his shot.

All this talk of we pulled his scholly blah blah blah. I don't buy it. Now if we told him we couldn't guarantee his spot if he didn't give us a firm committee that he'd sign with us, that is more like it.

And you do have to give it to the Rawlings for not dragging this out and making it more of a spectacle than it already is. Now we can both move on and he can have his dream offer and we have time to get his spot filled

Rawling called Dan earlier today asking for a few more days to think things thru.... Dan told him we were moving on and wished him well. "If" he has a commitable offer from TSUN, they were the only option he had left.... Time will tell if he's remains a part of their signing class.... No sympathy here for the Rawling Family...

I'll never understand the time and effort spent on MSU msg boards by his Dad talking up MSU during the recruiting process. That's just not normal for someone that knew they were a phone call away from going elsewhere.

Lifelong Rebel fan with some connections to Ole Miss. I would have liked to have him here, but it looks like he belongs at Ole Miss.

Let's move on.
