if, and that's a big IF on me scoring perfect & Buffett holding up his end of said offer, you can go ahead and rest assured that our beloved university will see a SIGNIFICANT bankrolling of all athletic teams/staffs, along with a couple of the departments on campus, namely architecture, mechanical engineering, education, and music depts.

It's not a scam, it's brilliant. Every person has the power to pick any bracket they want and in return you just have to give up a little of your privacy to Quicken loans, which you've probably already given to facebook anyway, and the government has definitely stolen... no harm no foul.
