C'mon, Coach. You can't really throw Mizzou & aTm in there. They played in the shitty Big 12 for 3 of the last 5 seasons. And what's the point of this? To show we are still a "have not" within the conference? I thought most of us with a brain knew that already.

It's amazing how far USCe has come under Spurrier- I remember when they were a perennial doormat.

Granny Holtz deserves some credit for that, too. He got them out of the basement where they shared residency with Vandy & UK. Spurrier took it to a whole different level, though. As many of us said this season, it's all about consistent bowl appearances when building a program.

Just a look back at the last 5 years for the hell of it- plus OM always look good on the bottom
West is top heavy
Top half of the East is balanced and it has a clear divide
Also show how tough it is to win on the road at the top schools.

Never thought I'd see something like that from Tennessee. And I don't think Butch Jones is the answer.
They WHIFFED on Charlie Strong for sure. I think he would have been outstanding there. He'd have them amped for Florida every year and likely beat them on many Florida recruits. Which is exactly what Tennessee needs.
