Ray's best assistant

Who do y'all think is the best assistant Ray has on staff? To me it's George Brooks in his ability to lock down Demetrius Houston and the 2015 guard in Georgia. Flanigan has only signed Ready (his cousin) and Oliver Black. Does Hollender recruit anybody? My point is I think Ray needs to get rid of an assistant and replace him with a stud recruiter.
