I heard a doctor talking sports physiology and some of his points made me think about how that relates to MSU. I really think this is crucial to Mullen's success and it all starts in evaluations at the hs level.

This is a very big point and the importance of things like that get so overlooked in the myriad of 40 times, height, weight, and cone drills.
With regards to the star system, I have always felt the difference between the 5 star guys that Alabama gets and some of the other schools is that they get the guys that have the measureables + the work ethic and intangibles.
