Image and prestige are the things Ole Miss is made of. Hey never mind what we need to improve on, did you see what Patrick Willis did for the 49ers?

It reminds me of the I Am The Vaught video they show at VHS. Instead of promoting their school or their program, the lengthy video promotes the memory of great players that have come and gone from Ole Miss.

That's not a bad thing. I mean who doesn't fondly remember Johnnie Cooks, Don Smith, Jerious Norwood, etc.. But to make that "THE" point misses the mark.

A hell of a comeback would be for Mullen, when the recruits come to a visit here, tell the recruits the following:

"I guess while you were up at that school up north you saw that hall of NFL mannequins that Bucky has. Impressive, isn't it? Now, if all you want to do is look at plastic dummies in NFL outfits then by all means, go up there where you can see them every day. But, if you aspire to one day be wearing one of those uniforms, come on down here and let me get you ready. Here's a list of current NFL players that I personally coached here at MSU that are now wearing NFL uniforms. How would you like your name to be on this list in three or four years?"
