Looks like someone is calling BS on mom's "taking up for her son" story. (See link below) Also, I have some experience with these situations and there are just some women out there who know that nobody will hit them back even in self-defense. There is a sense of entitlement and protection that originates from our legal system. If that were a man, he would be eating through a straw right now.
