Better late than never I guess...
To avoid the traffic at Lamar and up airways....
If traveling up I55, stay straight and i240 west (to Little Rock). Take exit 28 S Parksway to Airways. Or the Union exit. Travel east on Union.
From 78, take the Perkins exit. Then north to Park Ave or Popular.
