We tried to make Jones a Melendez/Kugel guy and that fell on its face. We should never miss that bad ever again.

Jones was never going to be Melendez or especially Kugel. He was just not offensively talented enough. Jones is more of a glue guy, defender, athlete. I respect him for his heart and toughness but he played entirely too many minutes for us.
