Probably lots to the story ... but this Dude was an MSU signee. Was not on the roster after fall, then went JUCO.

Not a low-end or walk-on recruit for Lemons, 5th best prospect in Alabama and 137th nationally. Big kid, 6-4 and 210.

Now this dude is mashing like Slate Alford. Maybe UGA just has the perfect stadium for a right-handed power hitter. He is outperforming Henry Ford and other glamor transfers.

I don't think we have a position player from the 2024 recruiting class left on our roster - so he's not alone.

I think arguably Lemonis recruited over him with the portal. He was 3B in HS and JUCO - so he wasn't going to beat out Ace. We had a crowded OF last year too, so getting time in LF like he is at UGA would have been tough.
It's not defending Lemo - just the fact that we still had a whole lot of talent on the 2025 team regardless of the results.

Coaches decisions on Freshmen can come back to haunt you. Charlie Condon at UGA is great example. No one gave him much notice coming out of The Walker School in GA. He had to beg for a walk on spot at UGA - tore up fall ball as a Freshman, and Strickland still RS the kid. He breaks out with 25HR as a RFR and becomes a Golden Spikes winner as a RSo. And that's one reason Strickland got fired - not recognizing the talent he did have.

Georgia's stadium has to do a lot with their inflated home run numbers. In the league #1 in HR, #14 in doubles.
