Monte Lee is the interim. Former Clemson head coach and very well liked by the players.

I'm surprised this didn't happen last year.

Early rumor is Coastal Carolina's coach Kevin Schnall will be their next head coach and Lemonis will end up at Coastal Carolina.

Most Msstate to happen is Lemons coming to Starkville for a Super Regional in 2027.

Hopefully with Foxy as the Pitching Coach. Cheese as the 3rd base coach.

See if Henderson is still around. SC got embarrassed this weekend, like about like every game they've played.

Hopefully with Foxy as the Pitching Coach. Cheese as the 3rd base coach.

And beat us... or just simply coming back to Starkville for a Regional??

I suspect he will be at a mid major for his next job or a Big 10 school so I could see him coming back to Starkville as a coach at some point. A regional is probably more likely than a Super Regional.

I could Chris being a good coach at a mid major. It kind of felt like Cheese and Rodehaver were really the only guys that were "his" because he inherited Gautreau and I'm not sure how he landed Foxhall. My guess is there was some connection between him and Cohen and Butch. He needs to find some guys for his staff that are a little more intense and detail oriented than the ones he had at MSU.

Yeah I remember that now. That was Kirk Saarloos I think. I'm pretty sure we went after Yeskie too who is at LSU now.

You could make a strong argument that Foxhall and keeping him around after 2022 is what started Lemonis getting fired.
