I still say that job is better than the State job. Almost everybody wins there and they support basketball

VCU is a really good program but if they were in SEC they don't go to tourney near as much. But really good program. Our toughest game that Final4 year was VCU.

But they arent and thats the point. Because they arent in the SEC yet they pay pretty damn well- and its a better coaching job because its an easier path to the Tourney year in and out. UConn is in the Big East and thats not the SEC- but its a way better job.

Yeah maybe. To win big you gotta be in the big leagues and a power4 especially the SEC is it. VCU a really good mid major though.

On another note- if BYU is able to come back on Texas- Little 34's bracket will remain undefeated today

Kinda like Coastal Carolina in baseball. Thats a better job than say Mizzou or Alabama

Sorta. Baseball is different. Costal has won a NC. VCU will never win one. A mid major will never win one in basketball. Still don't think Costal is a better baseball job than Bama, maybe Mizzou but even questionable. Every coach wants a chance to compete on the biggest stage. Power conf is it.

If your premise is true then MSU should join the Sunbelt and get in tourney every year.
