He doesn?t strike out very often. He works a pitcher. He just figures out how to get on base. Hit, walk, hit by pitch, just get on base. Another thing is that he is content to hit 9th. He will play wherever you put him and give you his best effort without bitching.

The only time you should go feet first is sliding home or breaking up a DP.
