I was allowed to watch Monday night practice. That was one of the most organized practice I've seen. Every single second was utilized, no one ever standing around watching. BOK managed, oversaw, every drill with the coaches carrying out the drills. BOK would also make any corrections needed and helped coach up a player when needed.

Yeah. There was video of BOC working on baserunning.

His attention to detail is impressive and it's what it takes to win at the level we want to.

BOC is literally ALWAYS coaching detail. Every second around him he’s focused on tiny things. Hes the most detail oriented coach I’ve seen in a long long time.
