His case was always along the same lines as Pavia. I didn't agree with Pavia getting an extra year and I never agreed with Aguilar getting one.

If he transfers to Mississippi State, he gets a friendly meat head judge.

Maybe that's the advantage MSU and OM can develop. Use renegade local judges to nullify NCAA rules in Mississippi.
