If Charles Bediako can get back in college basketball, I see no reason why Aguilar can't get in football.

Joke announcement on sixpack that he has filed a lawsuit to return to HS, as bama is 1-2 since his return to "college" sports!

Is there anything preventing undrafted college football players with eligibility from returning to college?
I'm shocked we haven't seen some of this yet. I know there's been a lot less of this than there was a decade ago. But there's got to be a few out there.

He'll win this. JuCo is not NCAA it is NJCAA. So "technically" wont count toward 4 years of NCAA eligibility. For example, DII and DIII (Chambliss) is NCAA so those years count. What is absolutely insane is filing restraining orders in the local circuit court (Tuscaloosa, Knoxville etc.) and getting a friendly judge to grant an injunction. That means you play by different rules based on where your lawsuit is filled, and I don't see how this can or will continue.
