Wide open 3 point shots for Alabama throughout most of the game. One of the huge themes of the whole season.

When I say wide open I mean ...wide open, extremely wide open shooters as the norm..

Times during this game when team was aggressive defensively they looked good. When they were out doing a lot this other stuff..players looked lost, blown defensive assignments ect.

Again, game in and game out an inability to cover perimeter shooters.
Also. guards getting career highs in scoring fairly regularly against this Miss. State team. Coach Purcell indicated issues with Nataliyah Gray's defense..not playing her yet players performing much worst defensively (mostly perimeter) game in and game out with no issues noted. Atleast one of these guards contributing heavily to giving up a career high to the player they're guarding nearly every game. No way Nataliyah Gray is the worst defensive player but is every player being held to the same standard ?

Miss State's men's and women's teams are both small on the perimeter and are bad/not good with these guards defending (though some defend better than others), especially 3 pointers with the women's team...fair assessment both programs.
