Selmon needs to delegate portal spending to a 3rd party. I don?t trust Jans with it. We are also paying too many players. Need to pay 7-8. May have to renegotiate Hubbard as well.

Eh maybe. We have 14 total ncaa appearances all time, and Jans has 3 of them. Only 1 other time in our history did we make the tourney 3 times in a row. This season sucks, but to act like Jans sucks is just stupid. I have faith we will be dancing again next season.

The Jans offense has always been abysmal. It just gets even worse with worse players. No future here.

I've seen this a ton on here and other boards, Rick is done with college basketball. He doesn't want to do it anymore. He doesn't want to be a GM, an asst, etc. He grinded for close to 40 years in the profession. He's tired.

Epps has actually been pretty good for us and Hubbard, although he is in a massive slump, has been really good.

Yes the program took the step. The question has to be - was that step because of Jans or the money? My gut says it's the money. Y4 of Hubbard next year - is it going to be any better? Do we fire midway and lose baby Dampier? Tough things we have to think about.
