Pavia is missing his insurance policy with Stowers opting out. Just goes to show how one key guy can make a huge impact in an entire group.

Iowa - great fanbase also. Such a nice break from all the"Belt to ass" , and silliness. They just lineup and play football.

I agree with both statements. Winning boring football games is fine with me. Just win. Hell I miss the 5 yard air raid version.

Ever since the SEC adopted the RPO and the spread the level of football has fallen. Now the big 10 is the old SEC and the SEC has become the old Big 12, No defense at all.

Watching Miami whip that Buckeye ass right now. Which reminds me, just like they beat aTm last week, Notre Dame would have whipped ole miss last week. We could be watching Notre Dame vs Georgia tomorrow after watching Miami vs Ohio state tonight.
The playoff committee sucks.

With all the 1-4 seeds losing in the quarterfinals last year and Ohio State not looking great tonight, you have to wonder if there's something to the notion that the byes just make teams rusty. Maybe we'll see a quick expansion to 16 teams for next year.

Miami got in over ND- not Tulane or JMU. The committee is doing what it has to do. There will be 2 more doorknobs in the playoffs next year too

An obvious change to the format should be to move the bowl games to round 1, the top 4 with byes. Round 2 is then the top 4 hosting home games.

Just need to go to 8 and be done with it. People are going to continue to see shitty football and will eventually turn it off. Hey in Basketball it makes for great reading about the Cinderella winning the big dance but not in FB. People want to see the best teams win not Coastal Carolina.

I think that was the game JWS killed om the first half with the tight end and didn’t throw to him any the second half. Also wasn’t that when JL Dunn went to the wonderful precent defense only to let one legged Matt LUKE march downfield and score and 2 point for the win??

Naw Partridge was the QB. I don't think Tom played in that game. Matt was the center,

Qb was not what I was talking about, Matt Luke center had a blown ACL I think and marched them one legged downfield against a prevent defense.
