Not sure that Georgia td would be an nfl catch. He caught it, 2 steps, then dropped it. It was obviously a catch, but the nfl rule is possess and make a football move or 3 steps. Just thought it interesting

Which team loses a starter to injury and ruins their championship hopes? They hitting hard.

This is a toe to toe slugfest. Georgia has capitalized on the Bama mistakes thus far. Still a lotta game left.

I'm enjoying listening to the Bama haters that think they will get left out if the lose badly today.
If you leave Bama out, you have to leave out aTm and ole miss. You know, because they are 3rd and 4th place in the conference. That's why this game is useless. I would have started my 3rd string today.

OM is still lucky as hell. They'll either face Virginia or Tulane at home for a playoff game. F!

Yea it?s frustrating Miami isn?t the ACC team in that slot because they are the team that would beat them.

As much as I want Indiana to win, I just get more and more irritated with Selmon for not interviewing Cignetti

Yeah, no shit. They are so well coached and disciplined. I didn't think they could withstand Ohio State's physicality but I was mistaken.

That and Lebby's performance is why I don't see Oklahoma coming for Selmon.

Has Curt Cignetti done the best coaching job in college football history these first two years at Indiana of all places? Seriously, I think he might have.

100%. I was sold last year when his only 2 losses were to the two teams playing for the national title and basically blew out everyone else

NIL and the portal will allow for more Indiana like showings in college football. The days of Bear Bryant/Nick Saban type dynasties are over.

Indiana has ranked 49th and 36th in recruiting the last two years, that is including transfers. What Cignetti has done is almost unbelievable.

He also brought a bunch of his players with him which helps greatly when you got strong nucleus of veterans in your roster. See Huff for further example.

No. Conference standings would be useful, if Bama didn?t lose to FSU.
They were unfortunately disqualified, week 1 combined with the rest of the season. Bama should absolutely be out of the playoffs.

There's absolutely no chance you leave the 2nd place SEC team out of the playoffs. Not a chance. Then ole Miss and aTm are disqualified because they weren't good enough to play in the SEC Championship game.
These championship games have to go away....and they will very soon.

I have no idea what the ACC tiebreaker is, but these tiebreakers need to be changed so that it?s the highest ranked team after head to head is out the window. Miami is clearly the best team in the ACC. For some reason though they decided to not show up in the first half against Louisville and this is why we are here.

That is the problem, Bama is not second best; TAMU is and they screwed in all this.
At end of season, Vandy is better than Bama.

It is going to be interesting to see if the committee keeps OM at 6 and aTm at 7 or if they will flip them so OM and Tulane is not a rematch.

I understand what you're saying, but that's based on your opinion. The fact is that Bama finished the season as the number 2 team in the SEC. Only the top 2 SEC teams play in the conference championship game. If they leave Bama out, the SEC Commisioner, all the AD's, and all the coaches will demand the championship game goes away today.
Teams will make sure they don't play in that game after today if Bama gets left out.
