When I worked at The Turn, while it was still private, we had most of the coaches in town, pro and college and a bunch of actors because its the closest gated community to the city.

Price per Sq.ft not bad. I saw an 1100 sq.ft home in upstate NY go for 700k. Reviewing that appraisal was painful.
