Say whatever you want about how insane the coaching carousel will be. Or how we're allegedly making progress. The man finds ways to lose. It's that simple. Close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and nuclear weapons.

Zero SEC wins in two seasons. Getting smoked by a 2-6 Arkansas team that's been awful. Going back to Shapen was idiotic. KT was moving the offense, scoring, we had the momentum. D had finally gotten a breather and a critical stop. Why in the hell would you go back to Shapen? Everyone in my group chat was messaging at the same time saying "Why is he coming back in the game?" Lebby has no feel for the game. And he's getting worse, not better.

There had to be a sitting G5 HC out there who can lose every SEC game for less than we're paying Lebby. Don't tell me we can't do better than this train wreck. We can. We must.

Yes, you have to think the administration and boosters are thinking about this now.

Here are 16 coaches that we could probably get. (Or maybe 15 and Sumrall):

Yep, it's time for the Lebbyskeptics to fold for the rest of 2025. I still would expect him to be fired in about 13 months, but we need to rally around him now.

The thing is he still has a chance to grow up and learn and save his career or he can continue to be inept much of time and will lose more than he wins. Ball in his court. Today got him a head start, what does he do with it?

He will be fine. But getting a better OL is absolutely imperative for 2026

We have got to spend a lot of money and spend it wisely on the OL. Maybe we can?t pay 65-105 on the roster. We have to do things differently.

Won today in spite of them playing poorly. We just have to improve the talent on that line.

This is the way it is here. We have to do it a little differently and find a way.

The problem is we have too many fans that think the way is what works at McAdams High School.

Lebby is our guy. Say what you want but we've mad a HUGE jump. We're a couple of OL and a mean ass DT away from being a CFB team. If we can make half the jump from year 2 to year 3 as we did from year 1 to year 2 we're going to be dangerous. Oh yeah, and it would've been easy for our players to just pack it in yesterday but they didn't and they haven't all year. That's good culture and culture eats strategy for breakfast everyday.

With all the firings, we have a great opportunity TJ get what we need in the portal. Lebby has shown great improvement and we actually have stability. Would be great if Kiffin leaves just to make us that much more attractive.

We have to have big boosters step up in NIL. There’s a chance but State has to seize it. It’s rare they do in football though

Yep. Did everything he could to lose it yesterday, but ultimately a win is a win. If he could somehow win one of Mizzou or Ole Miss, I'd be ecstatic.

OL has to be upgraded next season. A true dual threat QB and a badass DT has to be a priority, too. I stand by Lebby not being able to feel the game, but that can be improved.

I still have no idea why so many people seem think the schedule next year is favorable. It's easily our worst of the new 4 year cycle. 2027 is the year with the best schedule. Praying to the football gods that Kiffin jumps ship for Florida or LSU. I'd be surprised if he stays, but the Sharts seem to have a horseshoe up their rectum when it comes to football.
