Lebby is trying to win in the SEc with a Big 12 mindset. It won't work at 2nd division SEC school. He has many upsides but he has all of Leach's flaws AND Mooread's flaws. This is the most important game of his career at MSU. It all builds or dies based on today's result. If we dont win today we won't win another one this year and next year will be whole new team and the result will be similar. I do not expect our best underclassmen on either side of the ball to still be in MSU jersey next year unless we BOTH pay them and convince them we can win here.
