First, he needs to own the loss and admit he didn't manage the game by milking the clock with a big lead, calling right plays, etc. He needs to make them feel like it wasn't them so they are not too discouraged to finish the year. It is true as well. Players can see fakeness and Lebby needs to own last night to the team.
Second, he needs to tell them their team goals for the year are still in place. Win 2 of 4 games and go bowling is our goal. We've proven we can do it against anyone.
Third, he needs to challenge each coach and player to execute their job with excellence like the game win or lose depends on it because it does. One play in 3 games and we are 7-1 right now.
Now go get it done. Lets get to work on beating Ark. Show them the late comeback win that year at Ark and how to finish a win there.
