It is odd, but consider that if we had the same record against the same teams but the four losses were by 10-17 points in games where we just simply outmatched by better teams (kind of like we might have expected before season started), would we even be having these conversations? No. We would see the improvement, hope we could beat UPig and maybe steal the Egg Bowl, then look forward to next year. As it is, we're in the same scenario, but it's crappy because we know it didn't have to be this way. We have seen that something is off in the 4th quarter. Coaching? Players? Both? But regardless of what it is, we have enough football IQ and common sense to know it shouldn't be happening. We are not losing to better teams that we can't keep pace with. We are losing to inferior teams that we beat, sometimes even dominate, for most of the game. Then we shit the bed in the 4th quarter. We have won a clutch 4th quarter game against a ranked team, so GTFO with needing to learn to win. We know how to win. We just won't do it. It stops at the top. Shapen can an issue, but he's not the main issue. The main issue is coaching. Maybe that will get better, but he started losing me when he said loved the call in the Florida post game interview.

We lost to Vols. Should've won. Sh*t happens. Okay.

Lost to Gators. Surreal. Painful. Sh*t happens. It will get better.

Lose this one. WT17? Just plain ordinary sh*t. And it doesn't just happen. It's being allowed to happen. Losing three games like this. It's no longer hard luck, hard game, hard life. It's a problem. Sh*t happens? Nah, just plain old bullsh*t. Most sh*t runs downhill, but bullsh*t rises to the very top.

The only reason I'm not all aboard for making a change is that it's not a good year to do it. It's true we don't want to start over and have to rebuild a roster, but after this, we're going to have to any way. Lebby or someone else next year will be playing with a whole new roster of players, for better or worse. We are staring over anyway, so if he doesn't win one of these last four games, show him the door.

Yes. Would imagine we will see a mass exodus in a couple months.

I doubt we have as much talent next year as we did last year.

It'll be like having a brand new head coach again. New system for new qb and new OL and DL. New WRs, new CBs and so on. It?s utterly ridiculous to expect next year to be as good as this year if you want to get down to it. If it is great. Well have another 4-8/5-7.
