Frontcourt talented but a lot of inexperience and youth... much potential is definitely there though.

- Freshman Madison Francis led Miss. State with 23 pts
- Transfer Favour Onyinye Nwaedozi 19 pts
- Freshman Jaylah Lampley 17 pts
- Several other double figures scorers

Howard transfer point guard Saniyah King did not play (reported as wearing a boot).

Freshman Madison Francis appears as advertised. Another freshman Jaylay Lampley came on strong as well.

Also, gonna give a mention of Trayanna Crisp as having stood out as a versatile guard filling in at the point as well as knockdown shooter. Gonna be hard to keep Crisp off the floor, this is a really good guard. Again, all of these guards are good.

Favour Nwaedozi..nearly a double (19 pts 9 rbs)

K. Richardson and Destiny Mcphaul both played well...double figures scoring

- Union Women's Basketball 2024-25 - made it to the semifinals of the div 2 national championship game (finished ranked 3rd nationally in division 2, 33-4 record)
- Union Women's Basketball 2025-26 team is currently ranked #2 nationally in division 2.
- Google search Union Women's basketball tells you that they are really good.
- Again, this was an exhibition game against the #2 ranked women's basketball team in all of division 2.
