Common sense demands it

It 100% needs to be capped and there should be a 1 time transfer rule again.
However, it's impossible to cap NIL now. Boosters are gonna do whatever they want.

All that would change is what's above the table and what's below it.

Correct. It's been this way for years. Now the 0's are bigger but nothing has changed other than how it's being done. For the most part. Still have under the table big time.

Yeah but at least there is risk with that. Right now it?s too easy. Just look at Texas Tech

Just having the 1 time transfer rule would be huge right now.
NIL is just theoretically everything now is above the table. If they cap NIL the under the table shenanigans start all over again.

Because they have one BILLIONAIRE giving money followed by a bunch of 8 and a few 9 figure net worth guys as well. Cody gets all the recognition but he's not the only one.

I like what Trap said about the one time transfer.

What they really need to do is drop roster limit to 70 and make it where a roster spot is locked for four years.
That will disperse talent and limit movement. All rules going forward have to be on the schools. Players are untouchable now.

Absolutely. There's got to be some common sense accountability.

The one time transfer is the Key. The big boys getting the big recruits has always been here and always will. The ability to transfer every year is what has watered down the level of play more than anything.

This. You can't do a secret transfer. If you take the free agency, they lose enough negotiating power to reign in the ridiculousness significantly.

I just think with the way the courts are going you won’t be able to regulate players and what they do it will have to be scholarship regulation. Incidentally, what they need to do is reduce and lock roster spots for 4 years. That would limit the ability to transfer just due to limited availability
