Question for baseball gurus regarding Mangum

Jake seems like the perfect leadoff hitter but I always see him batting 5th or 6th. What is the strategy batting him down the order instead of leadoff, do not think I have seen him in a leadoff spot this year. Gets on base, gets hits and can run the bases really well.

.691 ops is the most likely explanation. You want the guy who will get the most PA to be one of your best hitters. With that said, they started chandler (.672 ops) the last 2 nights though, so who knows? Chandler is one of their top prospects though, so probably just wanna get a good look at him.
