Transfer Question

It?s my understanding that if a coach is fired or leaves during the season it opens a transfer window for the players of that team to leave. Can a transferring player immediately play on their new team or do they have to sit the rest of the season at their new team?

My understanding is they play immediately.

I don't think there's any way to play on 2 teams in the same season.

I am not sure of the answer either but that would be insane. Imagine Brian Kelly gets fired mid season and Ohio state decide they could win another Natty if they upgrade to Nuss and he goes there week 9 and plays Michigan then the playoffs.

Probably much better than ours. Our portal haul (including a couple of our young, former HS signees), are by no means SEC ready or capable, especially on pass blocking.
