3.5 and we got it in 4 weeks. Kent State with o1.5 and Purdue with o2.5 were the only two others that had a chance to hit today and both lost.

This is officially a solid year. 2 more wins make it a really ****in good year. Egg bowl being one makes it great. 3 more wins and Lebby is a CotY finalist. 4 more wins and we finish the year ranked / in playoff berth discussion. 5 more wins and we're in the playoffs.

I, like most others today, found myself irritated at half with the 14-10 lead. Like here we go again. When we went up 38-10 I thought back to that moment and thought back to a month ago. How dead and hopeless I felt going into the season. What a turnaround to be made that we weren't winning by enough.

Going into next week should be absolutely electric. And there's reason for hope to win. Josh Heupel shits the bed at least one game every year and loses something he has no business losing. (Most of the time @ Florida, but I truly think that voodoo is gone from them this year since Florida is so bad.)

2021 - 24 point blowout loss to an eventual 6-7 Florida.
2022 - 63 points given up to an eventual 8-5 SCar team which probably cost them a playoff berth.
2023 - Double digit loss to a 5-7 Florida team
2024 - Loss in week 5 on the road to a typical SECW basement dweller who wound up 7-6 in Arkansas.

Maybe this week - we can pull it off. Regardless of whether you think we will or not - it's nice to feel like we have a chance every week again.

This season might end up being like 1991. We have some competitive losses but overall have a really nice season. Losing to Memphis State in 1991 shouldn't have happened though. That was stupid. And hopefully if we make a bowl we will be much better prepared.

You know the coaches are going to be riding the offense and special teams this week because of their sloppiness.

I will harp on it a bit more in my game thoughts, but last year we struggle to win this game, if at all. It would have been a 28-24 type game where we would have been sweating the whole time. Coming out and scoring to start the 2nd half and then Issac slamming the door with the pick was where we finally took control. We were really sloppy though and have a ton to clean up.
