I was critical early but dude is getting it done as AD and a rising star; we need to keep him.

1) restored football respect.
2) Brian Oconner hire - baseball is back
3) Kept Jans as basketball continues to rise.
4) Stadium light upgrade
5) Womens soccer and softball at new levels of success
6) He fixed the junction after the mess several years ago.
7) Organized our NIL stuff

Great job from our AD.

I agree. And he has become much more visible as a leader also. His weekly emails, while it seems so simple, connects him with the fanbase.

I was also critical of him early on, but he has changed my opinion of him 110%. He's doing a fantastic job. I hope we can keep him but I'm sure he'll be heading to Oklahoma.

I agree! Early on I was not a Selmon fan. I thought early in his hire he was in over his head, did not engage the media, the common fan base well and he was not clear on his objectives for “all” of our athletic departments. Also was very concerned about his hire of Lebby. Yes I was critical of those issues. Today I think he just needed to get his feet underneath him and grow into this leadership role.

Today I have a real respect for what he has accomplished and his leadership. Is Selmon perfect? NO! But Geesh but look at what mess two of our former AD’s at Fl. and Auburn have created. Napier at Fl. terrible hire and Sleeze at Auburn. There is no excuse at either school not to have a a top tier SEC football program. With all the monies, locations, and fan base size. Especially Fl. I believe Mickey Mouse could be head coach at Fl. and should/could be in play offs every year.

Agree his communication to the fan base has really improved and made a connection.

I had a better feeling when I saw Selmon during one of the Dawg Walks during Arnett year and he was visibly disgusted by what he was watching from the fan base and just pregame atmosphere. I could almost read his mind as he stared into the sparse crowd. I'm going to fix this appeared to be thinking. And he did.
