100% of those teams have been to Omaha recently, 90% of those teams have played for the Natty, and 80% of them have won a Natty. Sheesh. No wonder we make up half the bracket at the CWS each year.

Is it my eyesight? I don't see Alabama, Kentucky or Missouri on this schedule.

At Arkansas is a big Series to start the season. Seems the Hogs have nearly 10 years of zero slip since 2016. Hogs average 19 wins since 2016. Won 20 or More games in 5 of those seasons. DVH is doing amazing work. 9 of 10 opponents should be excellent clubs next season.

Baseball America has MSU as the #4 national ranked team.

Schedule is brutal but MSU will have talent to compete in every series.

The way I see it is two of those road trips are against teams that are in disarray in South Carolina and Texas A&M. That leaves 5 home SEC series and then Ole Miss which I think is going to be pretty competitive no matter what. If we leave Arkansas with a series win I'm going to feel very good about our team.

Yes. But I think we're going to be much better fundamentally and I think our rotation will be much better. Pico was our ace last year and I think he would probably be the Sunday guy with this group. We also should be better defensively at catcher too. Powell was solid IMO though.

We have 6 potential SP's. We have a vet line-up that should be better defensively and can platoon match-ups.

Tough schedule yes but we have to perform. We have as much talent as anybody and more than most. Host/Super/See what happens from there
