I?m sure you are all aware but Huff brought a significant number of players from Marshall including their QB. We are going to find out in the first game if Lebby is it or not. They are going to be much improved (we should be too) and I know some of yall will be so mad at them when yall find out a Rogers is starting for them on the OL. (Screeching increases)

A loss to Toledo and USM in your first 2 years and not beating OM is more than a fireable offense

If he loses to Southern Miss, there's no way he's back in 2026.

Interesting take. I watched us play last year. It didn't seem to me that it was the fans that were a "bunch of pu ss ys" as you put it.

I do think we are probably going to beat them. I also thought we were probably going to beat Toledo.

If we lose to Southern and ASU he's 100% gone.
But, I think we beat both of them and look pretty damn good doing it.

Lebby will not be fired after 2026 unless he goes 0-12. He was guaranteed 3 years when he was hired.

There are ZERO guarantees when the right booster gets pissed off.

I hear ya and there is alot of truth there- but the right booster hasnt given football enough to play in the top half of the SEC. So that means they dont have that kind of say. 16 teams in the SEC- our roster is in the bottom 25%. The bottom 4. You get what you pay for.

We may have a better chance at beating TN than ASU. The latter has a heisman candidate qb

disagree. Tenn will be really good in the trenches. They will be tough this year.

Tennessee is too talented and we have a much better chance to beat ASU. There are 7 games we could possibly have a chance to win although that would take an absolutely miracle. Tennessee, UGA, Texas, @aTm and @UF are pretty much no chance.

aTm firing Jimbo is really hurting us. I miss him.

I think Lebby gets three years no matter what but losing to Toledo and then USM would mean that he would inevitably be fired after year three.
It's actually a really big game for him. He really needs to beat USM and on the road it will be a little more difficult. We still SHOULD win though.

I think we're ultimately going to have to find a way to get several boosters involved. Like we did in baseball.

And these Boosters who have NFL big contracts need to get involved. And this goes for other schools also.

Didn't they lose a lot up front?
And they don't have a qb

Vol fans that I know are very worried. Auburn has a coach on the hot seat today.

supposedly they are supposed to be good in the trenches and they feel like their QB will be no worse than the guy they had last year. Thats why they let him walk
