Ken doll says another coaching hire expected today as well

Seems like somebody needs to give the guy at Murray St a call.

I think that's a good hire for them.

He appears to be a very genuine guy. He would probably be glad to just finally be able to get off the lawn mower at the baseball field.

He definitely coached circles around Bianco with a huge talent deficit

Huge talent deficit??? They beat OM on their home field and lost to them in extras during a midweek, and then took 2-3 from Duke on their home field. They are a solid team in every aspect of the game?.defense, offense, and pitching. They are a dangerous squad with no quit!

Well since Murray St's recruiting classes weren't ranked inside the Top 100 from 2022-2025, I would say PGH's statement is true. That's good coaching and development.

I think we can all agree on that, but that?s developing the hell out of some overlooked talent.

They're basically winning slugfests. Credit to them for pulling it off but it's not sustainable.

Very good hire by Virginia. Heck, if we had hired Pollard I would have been happy.

The leading candidate for the Duke job is LSU's Josh Jordan, who was an assistant for Pollard at Duke before he went to LSU in 2023. However, Kendall also mentions that Chris Lemonis is very interested in that job. That would be something. O'Connor replaces Lemonis. Pollard replaces O'Connor. Lemonis replaces Pollard.

Good for Lemons. Would save MSU buyout money, if there is any. He can sit on a bucket for decade and not worry about Mayberry Mafia fans like us.

He can get the band back together with Cheese and Fox. He can lose for 12 years and nobody is going to notice in Durham.

I wonder what the chances are Becker now decides to stay at UVA instead of transferring given they have hired a seasoned, experience coach to replace BOC?

Virginia got enough NIL $ to pay him to be on a potentially bad team?

If he stays at UVA it won't be bc of NIL.

Remember we are talking about an early round pick in the 26 draft.

The Chickens vs The Horses in the finals.
That would be super.

The Chickens have 3 pitchers and 3 position players I’d take tomorrow at MSU.

He’s more likely to end up at Texas/Tenn/maybe an LSU or Fla. all the big Dawgs are after him

Yep. They have very little pitching talent. They're doing all.the other things really well though.
