Way to step the **** up. We put our big boy hat and and made BOC an offer he couldnt refuse. He is now the 2nd highest paid coach in the country.

And he knows he has the NIL weapons to build a roster. Holy shit thank you Big Boys- you did it!!!

This summer just got fun watching the baseball portal. Parker needs to lock down our awesome freshmen

I'm guessing Mitch Moreland is one of those big boys. His name was mentioned a few times. Or at least he brought some to the table.

We have stepped up and announced our intentions, now it’s time to get to work and build a team of players, not prospects, baseball players and go get it. It’s in the staffs hands now.

With that kind of money there's zero, absolutely none, reason for ANY excuses. So don't give them like I know several will.

With that kind of money, a Super should be the minimum. But It isn't my money, so I don't get to determine what is acceptable. If I had promised to be in a consortium that is paying the difference in the State base and $2.9 mil for at least the next 4 years, I would certainly have a solid list of expectations.

I'm thinking a bunch or in incentives or bonus for reaching goals set. Maybe I'm wrong.

No the 2.9 is just base. There is plenty more to be made in incentives for sure but the 2.9 is base salary

Thanks preacher, like 34 posted big shout out to guy stepping up. Hopefully things come up as far as money in all sports. Yes, we have sunk to lows with ex AD's but now we have a new leader, I think it's great and gives us hope moving forward.
